Tickets

Private support channels, opened with one click and saved when they close.

Set it up

  1. Pick a category for ticket channels and a channel for transcripts.
  2. Add your staff roles. They can see every ticket, and so can anyone with Manage Channels.
  3. Add up to 5 topics, like Support or Report, each its own button.
  4. Save, then post the panel in a channel members can see.

Inside a ticket

The member gets a private channel with your staff. A staff member can press Claim so everyone knows who’s on it. Either side can close it.

When it closes, Nolvyn saves a transcript of up to 1,000 messages, posts it to your transcript channel and keeps it in the dashboard. Staff can reopen it or delete the channel afterwards.

You can limit how many tickets one member has open at a time, from 1 to 5.

Premium

  • Intake form: up to 5 questions in a Discord pop-up before the ticket opens, like “What’s your in-game name?”. The answers sit at the top of the ticket.
  • Ratings: when the ticket closes, the member gets a DM asking for 1 to 5 stars. The dashboard shows the average.
  • HTML transcripts: a readable page with avatars instead of a plain text file.
