Terms of Service

These terms apply to Nolvyn: the Discord bot, this website and the dashboard (together, "the service"). The service is operated by Adrian Hruška, the Slovak Republic ("we"). By adding Nolvyn to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Nolvyn provides moderation, automation, leveling and other community tools for Discord servers, configured through the dashboard. Features may change, be added or be removed as the service develops.

2. Who may use it

You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and the law of your country, and you must follow Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines while using Nolvyn. If you add Nolvyn to a server or configure it, you confirm that you are allowed to manage that server.

3. Server managers

Server managers decide which modules are on and how they are set up: moderation actions, AutoMod rules, messages Nolvyn posts, roles it assigns and so on. You are responsible for that configuration and for how your community uses it, including telling your members about features that record their activity (such as leveling, voice tracking or ticket transcripts).

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• break the law, or harass, threaten, spam or defraud anyone;
• post or spread illegal content, malware, or other people's personal data without permission;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service, or access servers or data you are not entitled to;
• use automated tools against the website or API beyond normal use of the dashboard.

5. Premium

Some features are marked Premium. Premium is currently available only as free test access that we grant to selected servers. Test access can be changed or withdrawn at any time. There are no paid plans yet; if we introduce them, they will come with separate terms that you accept before paying.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Nolvyn running reliably but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Discord's own outages and limits also affect the service. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security.

7. Suspension and ending use

You can stop using Nolvyn at any time by removing it from your server and signing out. We may suspend or remove access for a server or user who breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and we may end the service as a whole with reasonable notice where possible. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profits arising from using or being unable to use it, including the results of moderation or automation settings chosen by server managers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, announce them in the dashboard before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are decided by the courts of the Slovak Republic, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring the case where you live.
